Material Options

Tropical Wood Decking. Ipe wood’s strength and stability make it ideal for exterior use. Its extremely dense interlocking grain offers superior slip resistance and requires little to no maintenance. The wood’s brown and red amber hues offer many design options. While the rich color will naturally fade to a silver patina, you can preserve the amber look with a coat of Ipe oil. Ipe decking, grooved or un-grooved, which is readily available through our sister company MRC Millwork, can be delivered within a few days lead time. We also offer a full array of Deckwise fasteners for all installation types.

Composite Decking. Many clients enjoy the benefits of composite decking’s long life and minimal maintenance requirements. They are drawn to no splinters, scrubbing, staining or replacing of warped boards. We offer a vast selection of composite decking from Wolf Home Products. This trusted building supplier offers multiple color options and a 25-year limited warranty. Their Serenity line in particular is a great alternative to wood decking, as its ColorWatch technology helps block harmful UV rays to promote color retention.

Intex PVC Railing System. Intex Millwork Solutions, the clear leader in PVC railing options, offers timeless designs, lasting durability, and fast lead times. The ability to choose from its standard products, or customize railings and trims to fit architectural designs, make it a popular decking choice among builders. Intex’s Hampton and Dartmouth product lines are a perfect solutions for all residential products and are readily available. The Nautilus line, which is milled to any specifications, is ideal for a custom look.

Wood Railing Systems. Wood railing is a classic choice. Its natural, warm appearance just feels good. At JorEl Millwork, your wood  railing designs are limited only by your imagination. Our custom mill shop can design and build any wood railing system. Paneled wood newel sleeves, railings, and balusters are crafted to your specifications on-site. Just bring us your plans, and we will help you build your client’s dreams.

Pergolas. Incorporating a pergola in an outdoor space is a stunning way to add architectural interest while mitigating the impact of the sun. We offer a variety of wood specie and PVC options to complement any design.
